Momentus supports Däckia AB with the development of customer services.

 

Momentus Management Consutling, receives renewed trust at Däckia.

 

During the year’s first six months, Momentus Management Consulting AB has conducted extensive work aiming at further development of customer services that Däckia AB offers its customers.

In 2007, Däckia introduced new customer services - Tier Hotel, Season Calling and Tier Check. These services were received very positively by Däckia’s customers who generated further request and needs. In order to meet these needs for further service development, Momentus consultants have worked intensively, during the first half of this year, with the leading and management of this developmental work. These new customer services are a central component in Däckia’s aspiration for significant growth on the Swedish market, during the coming years.

 

Momentus Management Consulting AB has since 2006 established a close collaboration with Däckia and its executive team, primarily offering Däckia support with the development of new business and system related processes, where Momentus has managed all IS sub-contractor relations which includes business and IS-specifications for its ERP-system, Momentus consultants have also managed the whole organizational change program, including activities, competencies, education and training, communication, and other. In their work, Momentus consultants have utilized various management tools provided by the Momentus Management Framework. A central such tool utilized is the Momentus Project Management model that provides a set of guidelines for the planning, execution, and evaluation of successful projects.

 

Däckia’s senior management team is very satisfied with the services provided by Momentus and has therefore expressed its intention to extend the ongoing collaboration throughout 2008 and 2009.
