Sponsorship of Lugano Summer School of Systems design

MOMENTUS is proud to announce its Sponsorship of a unique postgraduate management education school: The Lugano Summer School of Systems Design.

Momentus Management Consulting provides their customers with consulting services that approach management tasks and situations in a comprehensive manner so as to achieve long-term viability. Some of the inspiration and methodological tools for this approach have been acquired by Momentus from a postgraduate management school: the Lugano Summer School of Systems Design.

To show its appreciation of this unique educational program, Momentus is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the Lugano Summer School, which offers its participants a rare occasion to deepen their understanding of key management ideas and learn to practice corresponding methodological tools. Today, these key ideas – holism and its impossibility, pluralism, ethical comprehension, and reflective professional practice – are cornerstones in the management toolbox utilized by Momentus consultants: the Momentus Management Framework. Specific methodological contributions to this framework, provided by Lugano Summer School, are Systems Dynamics Modeling, Soft Systems Methodology, and Critical Systems Heuristics. Momentus aspires to continue its collaboration with the Lugano Summer School by sending new participants as well as by collaborating with its faculty in management and research projects.
