Wyeth AB implements new CRM-operations!

 

Momentus supports Wyeth AB in its implementation of new CRM-operations.

Wyeth is a leading global pharmaceutical company conducting comprehensive research and development and with more than 50 000 employees worldwide. Wyeth’s Nordic affiliate (SE, NO, DK, SF), Wyeth AB, works with marketing and sales of some of the biggest products present on the Nordic pharma market. Wyeth AB has shown extraordinary growth that has surpassed the market growth significantly over the last ten years.

 

The senior management team of Wyeth AB has formulated a bold vision: “To be the most trusted and customer-oriented Nordic Pharmaceutical Company.” As a means for the affiliate’s development toward that vision, a Customer Relationship Management Strategy was formulated.

 

During the last two years, Wyeth AB has had Momentus as its partner in the comprehensive change work implied by the implementation of the new CRM-operations, as directed by the formulated CRM-strategy. Momentus management team is very glad that Wyteh AB has renewed the confidence for Momentus capability and chosen its consultants as a support for Wyeth’s CRM implementation and management of the change implied, during 2007. During 2007, Momentus will continue its work with the implementation of new business processes and related IT-enablers within Wyeth’s marketing and sales operations. This year, Momentus consultants will also work with the implementation of a new business metrics system for Wyeth’s marketing and sales operations. In this situation, Momentus has a unique approach to the development of business operations and its metrics that assumes a holistic view of an organization and its operations. This approach guides the formulation of a metrics system that represents the operations as a whole rather than focusing on the financial business characteristics only.
