Momentus supports the implementation of SOX requirements at a major retailer in the car industry, in Sweden.
Momentus was engaged in February, to support adjustment of the financial operations to comply with the SOX requirements, at major car spare parts retailers, in Sweden.
The situation was urgent; as the expectation from the company’s headquarters was that these new financial operations to be implemented as soon as possible, and a new version of an enterprise resource management planning system had been already procured.
Momentus was contacted at that moment, for immediate facilitation of the design of the new financial operations to be incorporated into the current business processes. In accordance with the customer’s desire, descriptions of the updated business processes and operations were on delivered on time.
Momentus also provided the identified situation-specific problems and risks that may challenge the forthcoming and actual roll-out of the new operations; this along with some more general recommendations regarding how to conduct successful change – the latter in the form of a five-step model for organisational development.
