A Momentus consultant managed a major project aiming for the redesign of the financial operation at a leading Nordic company offering outsourcing of customer related services.

 The vision was set clear at the outset: to establish a financial operation that manifest the best in class profitability and risk reduction at the same time providing superior overall quality.

In order to reach this vision, a dedicated tasks force was set-up, including internal and external competencies, all guided and managed by a Momentus consultant. The work included identification of current operations, its strengths and limitations, as well as identifying best in industry operations outside of the company.

This phase was followed by a design of the desired financial processes, followed by specifications of key information systems and finally succeeded by implementation, and adaptation of emergent needs.

Momentus consultant provided in this project both procedural skills with regard to the formulation and management of the development project, as well as in depth knowledge of design of financial operations, including financial reporting and information systems.
